  ​I offer Childbirth classes for parents to be, and many assorted classes for the needs of new and returning parents.

Private Childbirth classes: 5 hours, held over 2 evenings or a single class for your learning comfort. Many of these classes can be held virtually as well. 

Cost: $120  

 Comfort Measures techniques: 2 hours

Covers breathing techniques, positioning and

relaxation session
 Cost: $45.00

​Breastfeeding class: 2.5 hours

 Cost: $45.00

Sleep techniques for babies and parents:2 hours

Cost: $40.00

For CBEs in training:  Additional mentoring by me: $35.00 an hour
